The Website and Goods are provided by Pink Vanilla, a trading name of Blue Vanilla Clothing Limited, registered in England & Wales (No. 9183035) and with a registered office at Chawlson House, 191-193 Commercial Road, E1 2BT London, United Kingdom.

When we refer to "you" and "your" we mean the user of the Website and purchaser of Goods. These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between us and you. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you purchase Goods from us. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before buying anything from this Website.

If you are under 18 you must let your parent or guardian know about Pink Vanilla Privacy Policy before you register to use the Website or any of our Websites services.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions under which the Website and the Goods are provided. This part sets out terms and conditions about information on the Website, descriptions of Goods and how you use the Website.

We try to make sure that all information on our Website, including descriptions, and prices, are always accurate and correct. However, mistakes can happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the Website as soon as reasonably possible, if we think that such an error has affected your purchase, we will try to let you know. However, we will not be liable to you for any errors.

You should bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store. In particular, you acknowledge that:

i.    Colours shown will depend on many factors – including your display settings.
ii.   All sizes and measurements are approximate – see size chart for more information.
iii.  All Goods are subject to availability.
iv.  Delivery lead times are estimates only.
v.   Goods and promotions offered on our Website may not be available in concessions, and vice-versa.

You are responsible for ensuring that your login details, password and all other details in relation to your account always remain confidential.

Prices shown on our website are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable. Delivery charges may apply, and these will be displayed in the order process. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or currency conversion fee.

Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Sterling, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

These conditions govern our relationship with you. Any changes to these conditions must be in writing and signed by both parties. In this way, we can avoid any problems surrounding what pinkvanilla.com . You confirm that, in agreeing to accept these conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a term of these conditions and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any representation.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the conditions.

All online orders require full payment at the time of being placed. This can be done using our automated checkout. Our secure payment partners are PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon and Barclaycard, who take full responsibility for capturing and storing your payment information on their secure servers.

On receipt of your Order, we will send you an Order Confirmation to the email address or mobile phone number you provide in the Order process. This Order Confirmation email will contain your Order number, details of the Goods ordered and the delivery option you selected. All website orders will be delivered to the address you provide at the time you place your order online. If your delivery details change prior to dispatch, please email us at contact@pinkvanilla.com Please note once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change your delivery address. Dispatched and undelivered goods will be returned in line with our return policy.

We are happy to arrange delivery to an address that is different to your credit or debit card billing address but, if you have not purchased from us before, we may contact you before we process your order to verify that your credit or debit card is not being used fraudulently. Please be aware we are unable to accept any liability for delivery to 3rd party addresses if your parcel goes missing or is stolen.

Where possible we will always group your order and ship in one parcel, however from time to time this may not always be possible and as such we reserve the right to dispatch items separately or in multiple parcels.

When your order is ready to ship, we will advise you by email. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the nominated address. Failed deliveries will be returned to a local depot and our delivery agents will leave a calling card. If you have received a calling card, please follow the instructions on it from our delivery agents.

Sometimes things happen and orders are returned to us. In these instances, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee.

We hope that you love your Pink Vanilla purchase, however if this is not the case, we are happy to provide a refund.

For UK customers we charge £2.25. For more information on our return service click here for more information on how it works. If you choose to use your own courier, we are unable to accept any liability for any costs you may incur.

Goods must be returned to us intact, as new and in their original condition with the tags attached.

All returns must be received and signed for by us within 30 days of the original delivery date.
Our concessions are unable to accept online store purchases. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

For non-UK customers we do not provide a free return service and as such you are fully liable for the costs of returning an item to us.
Please ensure you use a reputable carrier and insure the item to cover any potential damage or loss in transit.

In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect please notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt by email to contact@pinkvanilla.com or by raising a customer care ticket here.

We will do our best to rectify the issue as quickly as possible, however in the interest of speed we kindly ask customers to send a picture of the item(s) received. This helps us identify the issue and provide a solution quickly.

Where possible we are happy to cancel any order up to the point of it being processed & dispatched, simply email us at contact@pinkvanilla.com Once your order has been shipped or delivered you have the right to cancel or return items under our return policy. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it affect your contract cancellation rights. Please see our returns section for more information.

Sometimes we are unable to complete customer orders. If we need to cancel your order or remove an item, we will contact you by email. No contract will exist between you and Pinkvanilla.com until we confirm your order via email and have dispatched your order / items to you.

Upon receipt of your return all item(s) will be inspected and a full refund including postage where applicable, will be processed and you will receive an email confirmation.

Return item(s) that are received damaged, soiled or washed may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. Items should also be returned with the original tags still attached.

Refunds may take up to 21 days to be completed. We are unable to accept any liability resulting from card issuers terms of use or 3rd party payment providers. We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.

This part sets out some general terms that govern our relationship with you and purchases by you.

We will not be responsible for the performance of any obligations under these terms and conditions in the case of an event outside of our reasonable control (force majeure), including (but not limited to) strikes, lockouts, failures of third party systems or networks, acts of god, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, deliberate sabotage of or malicious damage to equipment or data or for damage to or destruction of premises or equipment.

All notices which we need to give to you under these terms and conditions will be sent by us to your registered email address, or mobile phone number if you have not supplied an email address during the checkout process.

These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the Goods. They supersede any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof.

They may only be varied where separately agreed in writing between you and us.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions (and the remainder of the provision in question) shall be unaffected.

Save to the extent that you exercise your right as a consumer to bring an action in or rely on the laws of your country of domicile, the interpretation, construction, effect and enforceability of these terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law, and you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts for the determination of disputes.

Promotion codes are non-transferable. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided. Promotion codes on pinkvanilla.com are available online only and cannot be redeemed in a concession.

Pink Vanilla reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and / or discontinue a promotion / offer or competition at any time. Competitions are open to UK residents over 18 years of age only. Winners will be selected at random and notified by email. Pink Vanilla’s decision is final. Your statutory rights are not affected.

To the best of our ability we make reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on our website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. Our website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, in relation to the website, or any transaction that may be conducted on or through the website including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or usage or trade.
